I have edited a number of books over the years, but none has touched me as personally and profoundly as Solitary Refinement. Christopher’s message, and the manner in which he deftly delivers the punch, stands out as a clarion call to own your stuff and live an unconfined life.  After reading (and re-reading!) Solitary Refinement, I believe that facing yourself by earnestly processing through this 31-day journal is an integral step in achieving a life of liberty and freedom.  I commend Christopher for his honest, head-on approach, and join him in challenging you to courageously inspect your own heart, mind, and soul with integrity and intent.
